Start a Food Diary
To really keep track of what’s makin’ your muffin grow, start a food diary. This means recording each day what you eat, so you can watch for patterns that might be causing you to eat unhealthily. A possible food diary looks like this:
If you see something you don’t like (a salty snack perhaps? Your afternoon tea and crisp break? The midnight munchies?) then find a way to substitute it for a healthier alternative. Remember: a little change in lifestyle goes a long way.
